Mohammed Javed Akbar (Partner)
Mr Akbar has been qualified in dual jurisdiction England and Wales and Pakistan he has a wealth of knowledge of the legal system of the two jurisdictions which is utilised in representing clients in Immigration, Asylum and Nationality matters. Mr Akbar has 20 years of experience in covering a wide range of immigration matters including deportation, asylum, bail applications, human rights cases, business visas, student visas and further leave to remain. Mr Akbar also has vast experience in dealing with applications to the Home Office/ Entry Clearance and from First Tier Tribunal up to the Court of Appeal and judicial review applications.
As well as Mr Akbars huge reputation in Immigration law, he has extensive experience of working in the fields of Family and Personal Injury law since 2010. He is well known nationwide for his dedication and hard work in dealing with cases.
Lechu Ali (Partner)
Lechu graduated from the University of Bradford and then went to complete his Postgraduate Diploma in Law (CPE) from the University of Huddersfield. He has also completed his Legal Practice Course from the University of the West of England in Bristol.
Lechu has extensive working knowledge and experience in all aspects of Personal Injuries and civil litigation. He has a strong reputation in conveyancing and has worked for UK leading firms.
He also has notable experience in the business element of transactions, commercial leases acting for landlords, tenants and Agents, often drafting complex leases and contracts.
Lechu also practises in family law including divorce, separation and the related procedures, applications for non molestation orders and occupation orders, disputes in relation to contact arrangements for children.
Ms Anber Qureshi (Consultant)
Ms Qureshi graduated in 2009 and thereafter qualified as FCILEx in September 2018.
She has a vast experience in the field of Noise Induced Hearing Loss Claim
